When reporting your issue please be as specific as possible and feel free to include as many photos as you like.

We’ll take an urgent repair via telephone reporting however you will still need to follow up your report in writing by following the link above.
If the urgent repair occurs after hours or on a weekend there are provisions in your lease agreement allowing you to deal with the matter. Please refer to your lease for further details.
